Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems with 0 - 2 year experience.
As a Delivery Consultant II, you will consult with clinicians including Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a team member, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete client-specific learning, education, adoption, and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution builds with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions, apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology, and consult on complex configuration decisions. As a team member, you will develop and execute test plans and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality while reviewing new defects, writing steps to test, outline information for change requests, and notify clients. Finally, your responsibilities will include navigating venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of Cardiology/IBus work experience
- At least 3 years of Oracle Cerner work experience
