OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Product & Industries is currently in need of a Sustainability Manager to lead our fast-growing team. Sustainability Managers rely on their Sustainability subject matter expertise, and mastery of data and business to understand and anticipate business requirements, initiate programs, track progress, and manage any issues that arise during and after the program completion.
Sustainability Managers effectively coordinate the team, track overall program status, advise on direction, offer council on tradeoffs for competing priorities, and demonstrate ‘act now and iterate’. They define the overall strategy, regularly participate in executive meetings to present their progress, share project information with stakeholders, and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. In addition, this specific role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems and the ability to start programs from scratch and scale them.
The successful candidate will be well organized and metrics-driven, showing strong initiative and thriving in fast-paced and constantly changing environments. They will show excellent person management skills, and be an adapt communicator. This role will lead the Sustainability Initiative team, with focus on disclosure and sales enablement, in creating scalable and repeatable processes.

US: Hiring Range: from $130,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities:
As a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines our Sustainability strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
- Define sustainability plans, critical program scope, plans, and drive cross-org project execution within and outside of the organization.
- Work with executive leaders and Field across Oracle business units to identify and analyze relevant statutory, industry and customer data to develop information that influences OCI’s strategic approach.
- Develop success measurement criteria, define KPI’s for program performance, and build and maintain dashboards for self-service analysis.
- Provide programmatic leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Define, develop, and implement standardized business processes and best practices for the organization.
