As a technology leader you will be primarily responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and driving the implementation and adoption of technologies for Beloit Health System. You should will be focused on driving out quality outcomes related to technical hygiene, infrastructure, and security. You should be adapt in leveraging data and analytics help inform strategic decision making. The technical leader will be responsible for overseeing the growth, development, and delivery of a multidisciplinary technical team to include, but not limited to, Systems and Network engineering, and support technicians. They will also assist in the learning and education strategy for the BHS organizations.
Manages a team maintaining and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
