Responsibilities
As a Lead Clinical Consultant, you will guide internal and external project teams through workflow and clinical design recommendations in complex client environments. You will leverage continuous process improvement techniques to promote improvements in quality of care and patient safety. You will act as the final point of escalation for clinical workflow integration risks and issues. In this role, you will partner with engagement management team to influence project strategy and drive outcomes. Lastly, you will drive organizational and internal team initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 3 years licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
- At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Registered Nurse - State Board
- Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Oracle Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Hospital administration experience
- Experience leading large, complex implementations
- Project Management experience
Expectations
- Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

California Pay Range: from $107,400 to $214,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
