What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Facilitator - ONSITE position at Oracle?
The Learning Facilitator (LF) will deliver education materials in person and virtually, providing additional training support to participants as needed and promptly addressing questions and concerns. You will provide one-on-one training, lead classroom sessions, prepare training materials and be pre and post go live training support. The Learning Facilitator will collect feedback from participants and share with team lead to improve materials and delivery methods. Facilitate bi-directional feedback between solution/project team and end users to improve efficiency of communication and issue resolution.

Education
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Licensure, certificate or registration in healthcare related field
Experience
Required: At least 1 years of training experience
Preferred:
Experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium Solutions
Previous Healthcare Training experience
Skills
Ability to work on several issues at the same time
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent organizational, presentation communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of the adoption process/change management
