Join Oracle/Cerner's Consulting Academy! During training, you will gain hands on experiences into Cerner's consulting methodology, start engaging with clients, and being applying learned skills immediately. You'll work alongside our consulting experts to gain knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a long-term, meaningful career with Oracle/Cerner.
We are looking for road warriors, flight enthusiasts, and night owls to support our clients however needed. That could include at the bedside in a hospital, over a web cam, working 12-hour shifts, or taking calls while at the airport. We have clients in small towns to big cities, from beaches to mountains to countryside's, and everywhere in-between. Our clients care for their patients, 24/7/365 days a year, and we stick right beside them along the way to bring them the latest technology. Whether you get aligned to a federal or commercial client, we all have the end goal of achieving improved health outcomes and delivering an exceptional client experience.
After graduating from Consulting Academy, you will join your team and receive further comprehensive training to become a subject matter expert supporting specific Cerner software services. You will balance multiple client workloads as you help shape their systems and ensure you are fostering strong relationships to empower your client to understand how technology can save lives, decrease errors and reduce wasteful spending. Much of your time will be working with your clients through all phases of the software implementation process, including data collection, workflow design, testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring project milestones are met. Your end goal is to successfully transition a client through the Cerner implementation process.

• At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
• Preferred - 1 year experience with Millennium and or Health Care IT
Training Details:
• 3 week classroom-based (Virtual) onboarding
2 days of Compass Orientation
Consulting Foundations
Intro to Millennium and Oracle Cerner solutions
• Topics Covered:
How to book travel - flights, hotels, rental cars/ride shares
Diners Card & Expense reports - per diem process
Need to Knows:
· Travel: Willing to travel 100% as needed
· Location: Virtual - Eligible, within 60 miles of a major international airport.
(Will only be compensated for miles within 60)
· Work Hours: For training - 8-5 Central Monday - Friday
after training - Client specific hours when supporting & Traveling
· Federal: US Citizenship - security clearance will be required. Do not need it but nice to have,
· we will have you go through the process.
· 15 - 18 month commitment than potential for growth.

California Pay Range: from $25.43 to $51.73 per hour; from $52,900 to $107,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.10 to $46.59 per hour; from $52,200 to $96,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $25.10 to $49.18 per hour; from $52,200 to $102,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $25.43 to $49.18 per hour; from $52,900 to $102,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
