Provides administrative process support for tasks such as data entry, creation, maintenance, and updating of parts using applications, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Focus on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is needed. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Team player. Strong attention to detail. 0 - 2 years of related experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

- Support internal or external client inquiries and requests
- Perform data entry and maintenance in data systems or tools
- Review work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with standards
- Complete and store or transfer documentation to support operational processes
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence

Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- High School Diploma
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
