Product Manager

Job Duties: Participate in all software and/or hardware product development life cycle activities. Move software products through the software product development cycle from design and development to implementation, testing and/or marketing. Work as part of a team that acts as a central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Participate in and/or organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, define product specification and/or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. May telecommute. (385.29974)

 

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Quantitative and Computational Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation.

Position requires:

1. Financial flows and business processes involved in daily and monthly financial transactions and reporting;

2. Technical presentations for audiences ranging from individual contributors up through C-suite;

3. User experience design as well as software and app interface design;

4.  Oracle technologies such as Oracle Database and Weblogic;

5. Data modeling;

6.  User interface design techniques for usability and applications for wire-framing;

7. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

US: Hiring Range: from $70,400 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
