Product Strategy Director, ERP

Our team is seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Director to take a pivotal role in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with independent software vendors (ISV) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

You have a vision for the future of finance treasury functions. Oracle Cloud ERP customers have complex banking and cash management needs due to their typically complex international operating models, multi-country/currency exposure and numerus banking and financial institution relationships. You understand the Banking, TMS and Oracle SaaS ecosystem. You see the value in strategic partnerships to deliver complementary digital transformations with Cloud ERP to support the core banking and payment, investment and financing processes.

You’re a fantastic business development communicator . You have proven experience to communicate across various seniority levels including Banking, Finance and IT leaders. You excel at crafting strategic partnership agreements, high-level solution summaries, and executive content consumable by multiple internal stakeholders (Development, Alliances, and Legal) and external partner leaders. You are articulate and precise in defining value proposition and proposing ISV solutions. You are relentless in achieving clarity in various partnerships with tier one global banks, resellers and technology partners.

What will you do as a Product Strategy Director at Oracle?

You will evaluate, execute, and manage B2B partnerships with the most strategic Fintech, Financial institutions, and Internet Services vendors on the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem.

You will program multi-phase roadmap, multi-track initiatives working with global business and technical teams with meticulous project organization to bring joint solutions to the market.

You will drive both innovation and customer value through the development of partnerships and the retention of those partnerships to support the ERP ecosystem.

You will work with a diverse global team in various time zones and organizations, including product management, engineering, legal, strategic partnerships, and external partners.

You will influence, learn, grow, and be challenged. You will speak up and represent our team amongst peers and leadership while remaining resilient and open to constructive criticism and feedback.

Sometimes you will make tough compromises, find that things take longer than you want them to, or need to work extra hard to convince a colleague of your position.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• 10 years of relevant ISV partnership, business development or partner enablement experience in Fintech, ERP, or Banking industries
• Must have proven experience managing global, strategic partners covering all aspects of contract agreements working with corporate development, legal and engineering organizations
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) through hands-on implementation or user experience, preferably the payment and cash management flows
• Portfolio of technology work specialized in innovative ISV programs, preferably with prior Treasury Management experience
• Confidence in presenting at conferences and webinars to Finance executives and IT leaders
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to organize activities without strict direction from management
• Bachelors or master’s degree in business, finance or engineering
