Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 2 years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

As a Project Manager at Tiger Institute, you will provide day-to-day management of projects including risk management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects or programs. Your role facilitates project implementation to overcome project barriers, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine the objectives, goals, and scope of multiple projects. Also network within the organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment. Your strong communication skills are imperative to success as you create, monitor, and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders while also reporting risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns. Utilizing your collaboration skills, you will manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs through cross-functional project planning and comprehensive reporting packages.
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year project/program management work experience
At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
