What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Analyst 1-Ops position at Oracle?
Responsible for coordinating the placement of consultants on client and internal assignments to result in the highest utilization and margin percentage results. Responsible for tracking the training, skill profiles, and resumes for consultants. May also be responsible for profiling available external resources to fit project demand and budget. External sources include offshore, near shore, and contractors. Strong understanding of the tools available to be able to provide statistical trend data in terms of utilization, project staffing mix of resources, ADR, open specifications, etc., as needed for management.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical.
As a Services Operations Manager I , you will work with project leadership to understand project staffing requirements. You will develop project staffing plans using project requirements and practice data. You will recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers and project teams. You will engage third-party resources as required to deliver client projects. You will document and track all open and committed resource assignments. You will report on key business metrics related to staffing and utilization.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Salary : $85,200 - $108,000
