Job Description
The Senior Client Lead, Advanced Methods role is a Commercial Research position responsible for designing, implementing, and interpreting multivariate analysis and modeling to answer client business issues as well as assisting in sales and capabilities presentations. The role works directly with Senior/Client Leads, Research, and clients to determine the best methods and approaches to answer business questions in demand, segmentation, market drivers, Brand Equity modeling. This position reports to a Principle, Demand and Methods Practice and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities
Creates experimental designs, QCs primary research data, and runs models using appropriate statistical analysis, such as regression, cluster analysis, SEM, conjoint, significance testing, sampling, decision trees, driver analysis, etc.
Interprets results of multivariate techniques and communicates the findings to internal research team.
Supports senior staff in the Research and Consulting Network by explaining techniques and approaches to internal and external clients.
Works with senior staff to evaluate data assets and develop methods to incorporate them into our client offer.
Supports senior staff in the Research and Consulting Network on sales efforts and business development initiatives such as participating in RFP discussions, assisting in developing and presenting proposals, and assisting in developing and presenting capabilities presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's or PhD level knowledge of statistical analysis, data science, analytical modelling; Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Quantitative Social Sciences.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Demonstrated expertise in a variety of statistical software packages including SAS (required), development of macros in various platforms, Excel, Sawtooth, AMOS, SPSS, MARS, CART, Latent Gold, R, SQL or Python.
6 years of experience applying a variety of statistical techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, SEM, conjoint analysis, significance testing, experimental design, sampling, decision trees, clustering, key driver analysis, perceptual mapping, scenario analysis) to answer business questions.
Experience and enthusiasm for presenting complex methodologies to clients.
Responsibilities
An experienced professional who is responsible for applying scientific, clinical, healthcare knowledge to provide solutions that meet customers needs. As a member of team, demonstrates expertise to deliver research studies, analysis, presentations and reports on moderately complex customer engagements. Introduces innovative research collection and analysis methodologies on external customer engagements with full autonomy. Work involves using specialized skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions and applying the relevant research techniques, methodologies with wide discretion. Recommends and implements improvements in research techniques. Possesses solid knowledge in reference to creating project and client related research materials. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions are presented to the customerDisclaimer:

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $77,900 to $151,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $73,500 to $136,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $73,500 to $144,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $82,200 to $144,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
