Job Description
This is a part-time position.
As technology expert who doubles as a customer advocate, you will be a subject matter expert in Cerner Case Management and work closely with our client, a large healthcare organization with multiple hospitals and hundreds of clinics across 3 states, to solve their most intriguing problems. You will lead independent research and solution development and lend your expertise to various product areas. Internally, you will be the go-to person for expert advice on escalated issues.
**This is an hourly position and can be remote, but must work Pacific Time Zone hours. After hours maybe needed as necessary (upgrades, support, on call). Travel maybe required but would be limited.
Responsibilities
Your Work:
- Provide expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to align with Cerner Case Management Model recommendations
- Guide client through workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance
- Act as the primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
- Support Cerner Case Management solutions, About HealthCare's Ensocare software, and Change Healthcare's Interqual Coordinated Care software
- Build relationships and engage with the Case Manager and Utilization Review client leadership team, resolving client concerns and escalating as needed
- Mentoring other ITWorks Case Management employees

California Pay Range: from $29.86 to $58.17 per hour; from $62,100 to $121,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $28.22 to $52.36 per hour; from $58,700 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $28.22 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,700 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $31.54 to $55.24 per hour; from $65,600 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
