Role and Responsibilities
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, performing routine clinical duties, and assisting with other tasks involved in providing superior patient care.
- Serves as the direct supervisor for clinical team members.
- Assists Practice Administrator with recruiting and hiring of clinical team members.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinical team.
- Establishes and implements effective workplace procedures for the clinical team.
- Develops strategy and vision for team and patient satisfaction.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with state regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered Nurse with current state license preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Four or more years of related experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work as part of a comprehensive health team.
