Our Greensboro Oral Implant & Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center is looking for a motivated individual to join our front desk team!
This is a full-time hourly (non-exempt) position: No evening or weekend hours.
Hours: 7 am to 5pm Monday – Thursday; 7 am to 1pm on Fridays.

Who you are:
- You have experience working with insurance and treatment plans in a dental/oral surgery office.
- You have strong analytic/math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- You are an individual who has developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills mean that you work well in a close team environment.
- With your strong grasp of professional appearance and attitude, you provide superior customer service.
- You have learned how to work independently and multi-task without losing your cool.
What you will do:
- Prepare daily reports for doctors
- Verify insurance benefits
- Receive treatment plans and verify for accuracy.
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Work with patient's needs to offer various financial planning options
- Generate pre-treatment estimates for patients as requested
- Schedule patients appropriately for their surgical treatment
- Understand nuances of medical/dental insurance
- Correspond with referring offices as needed concerning patient treatment
- Backup for other front desk areas as needed
- Other duties as assigned
