Orange County Workers Compensation Law Firm is seeking a full-time associate attorney to zealously represent injured workers through out California. The ideal candidate should have one or more years of experience in workers' compensation. - Have excellent writing and English grammar skills, - Be capable of handling client concerns in a timely and effective manner, - Be self-motivated and resourceful in litigating high-value cases, - Be keenly interested in the well-being of vulnerable clients fighting an unjust system.
This firm is not an “applicant mill”. We provide extensive attention to each of our clients by maintaining a limited case load for each attorney. We are looking for a dedicated attorney who is capable of managing his or her caseload with skill and experience.
You will handle medical discovery; meet client needs and manage client expectations, draft pleadings and various legal documents, and attend depositions, hearings and Trials. In addition, you will be required to travel to hearings and deposition. Our goal is to make you the best attorney you can be, and see you thrive.
