Full-time Admin/Office Assistant
Orange County Restoration Services, Inc. is looking for a dependable, with experience working for a Restoration, or Home Services Industry, admin.
Starting at $29.00 per hour (Benefits have a 90-day waiting period)
1-week vacation, 5 days sick, $500 signing bonus, life insurance, contribution to health insurance, 401k matching (6-month waiting)
Core Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Quickbooks
- Help Manage vehicle repairs/maintenance
- HR
- Overseeing tech and temp timesheets
- Answering phones
- Assisting in day-to-day operations
- Ordering inventory
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-year experience in general office/admin
- Minimum 2-year experience in Restoration Services (or similar industry)
- PC Computer Savvy, with ease learning new applications
- Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel
- One Drive knowledge a plus
- Expert in Quickbooks
- Detail-oriented and organized is your middle name
- Articulate, great at communication and strong speller
- Strong multi-tasking skills, w/ability to simultaneously manage various projects and answering incoming calls
- Professional phone voice
- Thrives in a fast-past environment
- Follows systems with an independent-thinker mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
