Lead Technical Instructor-RCM

Norfolk, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible is for curriculum generation, maintenance and revision to be consistent with the NAVSEA Reliability-Centered Maintenance program.
  • Teaches courses in accordance with approved curriculum to maintain proficiency and to evaluate and develop new instructional techniques/courses.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Levels I and II Reliability-Centered Maintenance certified IAW MIL-STD-3034 (RCM Process).
  • Bachelor degree (BS/BA) in a field of Business, Science, or Engineering. 10 years of experience instructing RCM
  • US Citizen with Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Fifteen (15) years of experience with DoD acquisition processes (DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.)
  • Five (5) years supervisory experience.
  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional.
