The Vice President of PACE provides program, fiscal and administrative oversight for all home and community-based services at PACE. These programs include Juvenile Court services, Behavioral Health Intervention Services, Integrated Health Program, System of Care, Substance Use Services, Latino Outreach, and the Children’s Mental Health Waiver programs. The Vice President ensures contract compliance; development and growth of community-based partnerships including assessment of community needs; development of strategies that include community stakeholders in meeting the needs of the children and families served; and close collaboration with other Orchard Place programs.

What you will do:
  • Guide system development for home and community-based services to meet desired objectives and performance standards for programs.
  • Serve as a liaison and/or appoint key staff as liaison to community stakeholders including clinical specialists, providers, community agencies and family organizations involved in home and community-based programs including collaboration with other providers of these services.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with local and state agencies, community services, community partners, families and the Medicaid MCOs. Ensure the facilitation of the exchange of information among these entities.
  • Utilize financial, quality and consumer satisfaction data in the formation of service design, alignment of resources, improving access to needed services, improving consumer satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Oversee all administrative and program operations of home and community-based programs including service documentation, scheduling, enrollment/disenrollment, admissions/discharges, new service development, new training programs and required reporting elements.
  • Ensure there is outreach, collaboration, and education across Orchard Place and other child serving systems and providers such as schools, clinical, pediatricians, Department of Human Services, etc.
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement of administrative and clinical aspects of the branch's services.
  • Ensure and provide oversight of branch financial viability.
  • Ensure compliance to funder expectations, Medicaid, Joint Commission, and the Sanctuary Model.
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of staff, oversee staff performance review, recommend personnel actions related to selection, disciplinary procedures, performance, leave, work schedule and assignments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or healthcare related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in children’s mental health services, health care, or community and home-based services.
  • At least 5 years of program management and administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in building collaboration between stakeholders.
Criminal, Abuse Registry and Motor Vehicle Record checks completed.
