We are looking for a Director of Building Maintenance to oversee our community maintenance teams and enhance the lives of our residents!
Our Maintenance Directors Will:
Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the communities.
Coach and develop associates as building maintenance professionals.
Work closely with local teams to ensure we meet the individualized needs of residents.
Oversee and manage budgets, work with vendors/contractors for all building repairs, remodels, landscaping and other projects.
Develop process and procedures that builds operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meets state and federal guidelines.
Our Maintenance Directors Have:
3 years of experience as in building maintenance or general contracting.
Knowledge of general HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
3 years of leadership experience, budget management and customer service.
A valid driver’s license, good driving record and the ability to travel to all of our communities.
