What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing Coordinator position at Orchard?
About the Role
Orchard is looking for a Coordinator to own Orchard’s Pricing queue management and cross-functional support initiatives. This individual will run valuation analysis for Orchard Customers at different stages of their journey and will need to possess analytical, organizational, and communication skills to be successful in this cross-functional role.
This is a full time role that will report into the Director of Pricing Strategy & Operations and can be based out of any Orchard market.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Daily management of Orchard’s Pricing queues delivering quick responses, running analyses, and routing to appropriate decision-makers
- Valuing residential real estate via Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to support the Pricing Ops and Pricing Strategy & Support teams
- Work with Pricing Leadership to determine the best performance and risk management metrics and help create the necessary reporting for the teams
- Learn the ins/outs of valuing real estate, while developing cross-functional relationships, and gaining exposure to leadership teams – a great way to learn Orchard’s business
- Assist with ad hoc projects and analysis as needed for the Pricing Team
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
- 1 years of experience preferred
- Demonstrated analytical ability and deep familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Experience valuing real estate, though not required, is preferred
- A process-driven and organized approach to solving problems
- Patience and a team approach to working cross-functionally
- Remain adaptable in urgent situations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
