What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst/Scrum Master position at OrchestrateHR?
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will work as a liaison between IT and internal business departments/end-users of applications to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate new requirements and changes to business process, policies and information systems.
They will be responsible for analyzing the proposed business needs from application users and work with internal and offshore Information Technology team to achieve desired results.
Work with Agile Coach to implement Scrum framework/methodology in our IT software development team for process improvement. Host Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives and Reviews. The ideal candidate will eventually be the main SCRUM master/software custodian for the IT software development team
3-5 years' experience
Skills
- Must have 1-2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and framework including ASP.net, .net core, C#, Visual Studio IDE
- Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile process for software development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/Database querying languages is a plus
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train end users in application screens and functionality
- Any programming experience is a plus
- The candidate must have good organizational skills, verbal communication, articulative and must have worked in similar software development environments
- Understand the Software development lifecycle process, terms and methodologies
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Organize communication between user groups and software development team.
- Right attitude to work with multiple user groups internally and offshore development teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited University. Computer Science or Engineering is a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working with software development teams in similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
