Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our dynamic team. As a marketer, you’ll support the team by implementing campaigns to bring in more leads to the showroom. Our ideal candidate brings strategic marketing experience to the table and will develop promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media content. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain digital marketing content across all platforms, including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep information up to date
• Assist management to achieve goals by developing and launching digital marketing strategies for advertising, PR, and communication plans
• Develop branded, well-written product marketing materials such as social media posts, blogs, and web copy
• Create monthly marketing campaign breakdowns of our analytics on web and social to recommend key improvements and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain our social media platforms, including messages to our audience and all marketing campaigns
• Support staff with office support such as answering phones or greeting customers when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing or a related field is required
• Experience setting up digital advertising campaigns
• An understanding of the latest automotive industry marketing trends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, Google Workspace, email and social media platforms, analytics, and CRM systems
• Possess excellent project management and interpersonal skills, and exceptional communication skills
• Desire to grow in the industry and/or with our auto group

Schedule:

• Full-time; occasional weekend or evening availability with notice for promotions and events
• As this job is flexible in supporting both our Hilo and Kona locations, you can be based on either side of the Island with the ability to travel to the other location when needed to support marketing efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
