Marketing Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:
Its an exciting time to work with Oregon Hot Tub and Allspa. Our industry was a boom market throughout the pandemic and we are adding headcount as we continue to expand our business model. We are looking for a self motivated and confident professional that already has entry level experience within the marketing world
The Marketing Assistant role will assist the Director of Marketing. Core responsibilities will revolve around analyzing marketing data as well as other responsibilities within the marketing department
This role will be based out of our Beaverton, Oregon office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead Tracking and Organization: Tracking of sales leads and marketing drip campaigns. Using data to assist in decision making.
· Website Oversight: Work with partners in the business to manage, maintain and enhance company websites.
· Marketing Campaigns: Planning, designing, and execution of marketing campaigns. Create and monitor email campaigns on time as scheduled.
· Budget Management: Monthly budget planning and tracking
· Social Media: Planning social media posts on various platforms. Responding directly to customers when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous Marketing Experience Preferred
·Must be able to push back with new ideas as projects move forward

· Must have an attention for detail and demonstrate a willingness to adapt to new techniques
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Be willing to work a flexible schedule
· Be dependable, self-motivated, and solution driven

· Strong presentation skills
· Must be willing to travel to all local showroom locations
· Working with customers in stores and assisting customers as needed
· Comfortable sharing analytical results in a group setting
