Part Time: This is a part-time position (.8 FTE, 32 hours per week). The adjusted salary range is approximately $4,912 - $7,620 per month.

Position Highlights
The Josephine County Circuit Court in Grants Pass, Oregon, is hiring a part-time Treatment Court Coordinator (Program Coordinator) to support our drug court and mental health court programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the programs by collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting data about the programs and program participants’ progress. In doing this, you will provide continual coordination, evaluation, and support to our primary treatment court coordinators, judges, and program participants. You will collaborate with treatment service providers, liaise with treatment service providers and judges, and work closely with court staff, attorneys, case managers, corrections department staff, and law enforcement officials. You will also provide community outreach by educating the public about the programs.
Additionally, you will enter data into the Treatment Court Management System, evaluate program participants’ treatment needs, refer participants to appropriate prevention and intervention services, track participants’ program status, and monitor participants’ compliance with case plans and recommendations. You will develop court policies and procedures for the programs, recommend program improvements, conduct research, and create and maintain administrative forms, handouts, handbooks, and presentations for new or enhanced services. You will also research, apply for, and secure grant funding for the programs, write periodic reports to funding agencies, request grant modifications as needed, and ensure grant compliance.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social/human services, or a closely related field.
AND
Three (3) years of increasingly responsible technical or professional-level program experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.
OR
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
