The Oregon Lottery is looking for one (1) DevOps 3 Engineer – to specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. As a member of the Business Solutions Enablement Team, you will work with a dedicated Enterprise Channel Team (and Lottery business Teams) to enhance our D365 for Finance and operations platform and dependent systems(Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI, Doc-centric, RF-SMART, Management Reporter) to maximize the platforms value. You will report directly to the Manager of the Enterprise Channel of the Business Enablement Team.

- Maintain a working knowledge of advances in information technology, technology architecture, and IT and Lottery industry standards
- Work with the Enterprise Team to Develop, test, and deploy custom applications and enhancements to our Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
- Create technical documentation. Including Functional and Technical design documents.
- Understand business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs.
- Dedicate time to researching D365 Functionality that can be enabled to enhance business functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience working with enterprise applications development, testing, and support; OR eight (8) years of experience working with enterprise applications development, testing, and support
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- 3 years of AX, D365 F&O development experience
- Understanding of ERP tools and related business processes
- X development experience on tables, forms, queries, entities, and customizations using extensions (Preference given to X development on D365 F&O)
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and an understanding of source control versioning and branching
- Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform - specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- History of maintaining and debugging live software systems
- Track record of writing technical and functional user documentation
- Technical proficiency in:
- Microsoft Platforms
- Microsoft SQL Programing
- Azure AD
- LCS
- DevOps
- Visual Studio
- Experience in the following is plus but not required.
- Data Lake
- Power Bi
- Doc Centric
- RF-Smart
- Management Reporter
- Understanding of Object Oriented programing, including C#, .Net
