The Customer Service Representative I serves as a first level Customer Service Representative, handling a limited size territory, while also providing key administrative support to the Customer Service and Technical Support departments.

The Customer Service Representative I serves as a first level Customer Service Representative, handling a limited size territory, while also providing key administrative support to the Customer Service and Technical Support departments.

- Make outbound calls to customers to update order status, answer questions, provide product information, insuring complete customer follow through.
- Handles Customer Service calls from other Blount FRAG businesses during peak call volume periods.
- Responds to product information requests
- Proof reads CSR’s Sales Orders against PO’s for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to SAP requirements
- Administers company fax server, distributes inbound faxes to appropriate CSRs in timely manner
- Scans PO’s into orders per SOP
- Proof reads Credits & Debits, audits for scanned backup attachments per SOP
- Process daily invoices printed during overnight batch job
- Warranty card data processing
- Receive and enter accurate customer orders from phone, e-mail, fax, EDI, B2B, or other sources
- Provides timely communication and follow up to customer regarding order status, availability, pricing, promotions, shipment info, credits, returns and any other requirements of the customer
- Insures orders meet the terms of SpeeCo's agreements with customers
- Monitor all territory orders in conjunction with expected delivery times; escalate potential delivery issues
- Work closely with field sales managers on territory activity and status
- Resolves customer order issues
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Recommended minimum education or experience: **
- *
High School diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience working in a formal business system.
- Experience working with call center or multi-line phone systems preferred
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- SAP or related ERP experience
