What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Team Member Crew position at Organic Krush?
The Restaurant Team Member is responsible for cleaning and preparing workstations and displays, answering questions and responding to customer requests, and providing information to clients to ensure that they select the products that best fit their needs.
Essential Functions:

- Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items as well as their ingredients and how dishes are prepared and able to explain them to guests accurately.
- Take customers’ orders
- Read customer orders back ensuring accuracy
- Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests
- Weigh out deli salads on deli scale
- Effectively deliver food orders at counter and tables
- Uses point-of-sale system, making bills and receiving payment
- Answer the phone and take orders
- Ensure dining area is clean including but not limited to wiping down and sweeping under tables
- Complete assigned side work in a timely fashion
- Maintain sanitation of the restaurant including floors, tables, ledges, lowboys and counters
- Restock cutlery, napkins, condiments, baked goods etc.
- Deal efficiently with patrons, coworkers and general public
- Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately
- Additional duties as required by management
