About the Job

We provide IFTA, fuel cards with LOC and ELD, and professional service by our company members. (Dispatch 5 years experience)

Dispatching 20 trucks (Owner-operators and Company trucks) under our MC, we see the average gross of every driver in the range of $7000-$10,000 with the $2.1-$2.3 rate per mile.

Load booking system : usually we do not have time to negotiate about every load, so decide to book it according to the current market.

According to the statistics, the gross is usually 30-40% higher in this case. Allow us to dispatch you and make money with us.

Responsibility for the gross is on us.

We don't give any fake expectations to the drivers, who work with us. We believe transparency and honesty from day 1 will help both sides to cooperate smoothly and make money together.

Job Summary

  • Owner Operator
  • Dry Van and Power Only
  • $7,000 - $10,000 gross total weekly avg. pay. Paid weekly.
  • 3,499 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
  • Dedicated, Line Haul
  • No Driver Load / Unload

Home Time

  • 14 - 21 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Home at least one weekend per month

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.

Equipment Requirements

  • Max truck age : 10 years
  • No overdimensional trucks allowed

Orientation Details

  • Orientation is not paid for
  • Does not cover accommodation
  • Drivers get their own room
  • No meals are included
  • Does not cover any travel expenses

Hiring Requirements

  • Class A license
  • 1 month OTR experience
