Customer Service Associate
Original One Parts offers certified original auto parts to customers across the country. Each part passes a proprietary certification process to ensure it meets the original form, fit, and function of a new part. Our growing company soon to be based in the Addison area is looking for a Sales Support Specialist.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Support Specialist will be the initial point of contact for our customers. Handling customer questions, comments, and complaints. Proactively interface with customers to build and enhance relationships. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive customer experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides customer service in a timely manner via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Proactively call customers regarding past dues invoices, buying habits, and sales promotions.
  • Acts as a liaison to the sales team and communicates customer feedback to various teams in order to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Tracks proposed resolutions and follows up with customers in a timely fashion.
  • Work with the sales team to conduct and track surveys regarding products, services, and customer service experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered to provide expertise and support to our customers.

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 2 plus years of customer service experience including phone, email, and face-to-face customer interaction in an office sales environment.

Computer Skills: Ability to navigate between several applications like Microsoft Office, Salespad, and GP.'
