This is a full time position working 30 hours per week from either 8:30am - 3:00pm or 9:00am - 3:30pm.

- Serving as a liaison between the executive and other staff members

Position Summary:
- Responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical tasks such as correspondence, visitor reception, conference call arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
- May also be involved in training and supervising lower-level clerical staff.
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mid- to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
