College Admissions Representative - Sales - High School Presenter

Orion Technical College, a subsidiary of Orion Education Group in Davenport, IA is a post-secondary institution offering Associate and Bachelor Degree courses of study in Mechatronics Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Health Care Office Administration Technology as well as Diploma programs in Medical Assisting, Medical Billing & Coding, Massage Therapy, and Advanced Massage Therapy.

We are looking for candidates to fill expansion roles in our admission department functioning as a Hybrid Admissions Representative (Inside /Outside Sales Representative - College Recruiter - High School Presenter) .

Successful candidates will function in an Inside and Outside Sales capacity while conducting recruiting activities on-campus (making phone calls, conducting interviews and following up with students) and off-campus weekly activities (giving presentations to HS juniors and seniors). Candidates with previous successful Education Recruitment experience and/or Account management, sales experience, and customer service are a PLUS but not required for this role.

Key Consideration for Inside /Outside Sales Representative - College Recruiter - High School Presenter Include:

• Schedule requires flexibility including two evenings a week until 8pm and an occasional Saturday.
• Successful candidates will have excellent PC skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Internet Applications, CRM/database exposure and video conferencing via Zoom suite services is a plus.
• Public speaking engagements with High Schools, Business & Industry leaders, State & Federal employees, and Agency representatives are a consistent requirement of this position, therefor excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
• Multi-tasking self-starters with an infectious positive attitude and an inherent drive to achieve success in our outcomes based are what we’re looking for!
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable vehicle and Proof of insurance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
