Job Summary ORIX Corporation USA (“ORIX USA”) is seeking a Marketing Associate to work as a key member of a team, assisting and executing on a wide range of marketing projects. The team is focused on shaping and driving the firm’s marketing strategy, and aligning and prioritizing initiatives with business line objectives through a variety of distribution platforms. This position will support the Director of Marketing on business line marketing initiatives, email campaigns, thought leadership, advertising and sponsorship, client events, website updates and brand design projects. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, is data-driven, is agile and willing to learn on the job and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Key Responsibilities Assist Director of Marketing with project support across ORIX USA business units Update the website (WordPress) and intranet (SharePoint) regularly Work with external design agencies on design, social media and marketing projects; be familiar with compliance with brand guidelines Maintain contact integrity in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing database (Pardot) Prepare reports on marketing metrics Oversee and manage the monthly/quarterly marketing reports Assist with promotional items when needed Monitor and track competitors’ marketing activities Event marketing support for sponsorships and other events Liaise with internal and external partners to manage projects and maintain internal deadlines Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree with strong preference in marketing At least 3 years of experience, preferably in financial services or within an advertising/marketing agency Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team Ability to interact and professionally communicate with all levels of employees and management, as well as external business partners Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and solutions-focused Ability to plan, manage, and prioritize assignments, and meet established deadlines Possess a strong desire for a career in Marketing and a willingness to learn Interest/experience in financial services and asset management A motivated self-starter and team player; strong work ethic and positive attitude Creativity, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and a sense of humor are valued Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Photoshop a plus ORIX Corporation USA and its affiliates (“ORIX Group USA”) strive to achieve as safe an office environment as possible for employees.
