We’re looking for a Production Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in West Henrietta!

The Position:
In this role, you’ll be a key member of our quality team onsite. You will have direct responsibility for our obligation to provide quality products to our customers while meeting internal and external requirements. This role will work closely with our cross-functional team, specifically Production, Production Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.
The Day to Day:
- Root Cause Analysis – Documentation, investigations, troubleshooting and resolutions.
- First Article Inspection (FAI)- Conduct inspections for metalwork, cabling and assist Production Engineers in conducting PCBA, SW, and top-level inspections when needed.
- Compliance- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards and requirements. Ensure compliance to manufacturing standards and the Orolia Quality Management System.
- KPI’s- Facilitate reviews of customer reported KPI’s and coordinate with appropriate parties for notification and corrections.
- Contract Reviews- Assist with contract reviews for incoming orders.
- Documentation- Maintain calibration records of equipment and tools used in the manufacturing of products.
- Continuous Improvement- Promote continuous improvement activities through training and communication within our organization.
What you Bring to Orolia:
- BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other technical related fields
- Minimum or 2 years experience in Quality Assurance Management
- Ability to Collaborate with employees in different departments and at various levels
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, requirements, and regulations
- Experience with problem solving methodologies and application within manufacturing
