What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Parts Manager position at Orr Auto Mall?
We are looking to hire a parts advisor who is responsible for assisting all mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies. They are responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts and for seeking out and soliciting parts business. The parts advisor reports directly to the parts manager. The job responsibilities include tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership, locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock, handling parts payment collection and make sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department, packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time and complete the apt record keeping, refer to parts manual to identify exactly the right part for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS system is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
