Responsibilities And Duties
- Responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
- Assists in the screening of clients and keeps in close contact with appropriate team members regarding client's progress.
- Perform duties within the scope of their license.
- Licensure Oregon LPN or RN
- CPR Certified
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
- Current drivers license
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
- Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
- Proof of fully-vaccinated status required or possession of exemption to comply with Oregon mandate.
