You are an and may have a small client base.

Your role would be to learn our company culture and process and to take on a servicing relationship for some of our existing clients. How quickly you progress will depend on your previous work experiences and skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review reports and update information on clients in advance of meetings; complete the strategy preparation, and review the agenda with advisors.
  • Attend client meetings to gather all necessary information. Prepare meeting summaries for the client and firm, and assist with completion of various forms and applications.
  • Coordinate and assist with documentation and work to implement account changes, recommendations, and strategies. Ensure that follow-up activities are completed and recorded.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients – when they call in or as we identify or resolve items or issues.
  • Research background information to resolve issues or implement strategies.
  • Working with our founder, Kimberlee Orth, you would be learning to work with existing clients independently.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients via phone and virtual meeting technology.
  • Providing financial solutions for clients through fact gathering and needs analysis. Be able to review and determine the most appropriate strategies and recommendations efficiently and timely.
  • Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with associates.

Pay: $59,440.45 - $71,584.20 per year
