The Treasury Analyst will be a part of the Global Liquidity team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Liquidity and will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities.
This is a hybrid role based out of the headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Leading the global bank account management process and maintaining control over global bank account signatories
- Managing the global consolidation and reporting of worldwide cash positions
- Preparing the current day cash position, reconciling prior day, and forecasting future cash balances
- Managing daily wire payments for investments, debt service, intercompany transactions, and FX spot transactions
- Supporting and acting as primary backup for other aspects the US cash management process
- Consolidate and report global cash balances on a weekly basis
- Manage the Letter of Credit Operations including issuing, tracking, renewing, and payment of associated fees in accordance with Credit Agreement
- Track global bank fees and analyze fee schedule for opportunities to reduce costs
- Actively participating in and driving key deliverables related to strategic treasury operations projects and initiatives that include implementation of SAP S4/HANA and rationalization of bank accounts
- Serve as the back-office function for Foreign Exchange trading on FXALL. The Treasury Analyst will review, confirm, instruct, and communicate the trade details to affected parties
- Work with Internal Audit on SOX Controls and testing in the areas of bank accounts and signer management
- Any other tasks, activities or projects that are assigned from time to time in keeping with the requirements of the team and organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in treasury/cash management or banking field will be a plus
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- SAP, FXALL, Reuters/Refinitiv DataScope, and Hyperion ESSBASE Application experience is a plus
