Field Inventory Logistics & Sales Support Supervisor, OrthopedicsSupervise a team of 6-10 Sales Support Associates. Evaluates business metrics, ensures daily work load is complete, and departmental standards are being maintained.

Completes all corporate-wide compliance and department-related OrthoLearn courses on time* Understands and promotes Compliance adherence* Exhibits thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures* Attends all departmental and company-wide meetings* Trains, monitors and mentors staff* Supervises the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and inventory requests* Ensures timely and accurate follow up by personnel on pending orders and inventory issues* Ensures individual, team, and business metrics are consistently met* Evaluates daily work load volumes over time and re-allocates as needed to maintain department efficiencies* Monitors individual and team performance and provides coaching and support when appropriate* Reviews reporting for team performance standards, analyzes team trends, and course corrects if necessary* Consistently meets departmental Key Performance Indicators and Quality standards* Makes appropriate decisions and recommendations to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of department standards* Updates management regarding any trends outside the accepted baseline for performance* Acts as liaison between team members and upper management, assisting in change management initiatives* Resolves a wide variety of escalation-type issues, requiring a high degree of judgement and problem-solving initiative* Monitors overtime and is an effective steward of payroll and departmental expenses* Projects both a positive attitude and a solid work ethic* Establishes and maintains outstanding relationships with Sales Force at all levels* Consistently models corporate cultural beliefs and promotes them within the team dynamic* Fosters a positive work environment* Demonstrates emotional intelligence and professional judgement in decision-making Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all product lines Communicates effectively and professionally with internal partners, Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers and VPs, and all external customers calling into the business unit Performs additional tasks as assigned by management Regular attendance required* Must be able to work in a team environment and abide by Orthofix code of conduct* Excellent organizational skills* Strong time management and task management skills* Strong analytical skills, with emphasis in problem-solving and decision-making abilities* Ability to multi-task* Effective and professional communication skills required* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating ability to interface with company personnel at all levels of the organization* Ability to hold information in confidence.
