As the Recruiter and HR Admin at OS Academy, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and skillset as part of our team helping us hire the best talent and scale our company to revolutionize the way kids learn.

The ideal candidate for the position is someone who meets the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Director of Operations and Project Managers to understand staffing needs that align with company and project timelines.
  • Create and scale all company recruiting processes individually and collaboratively with the Operations Department.
  • Create company-wide talent acquisition documentation, recruitment materials, and job ads to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for company recruitment timeline.
  • Become an expert in the education and technology industries, teacher hiring trends, market salary rates, and other relevant recruitment-related information.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, follow-up and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Director of Operations to implement and improve recruitment processes and policies.
  • Implement recruiting tools, systems, and software to scale recruiting operations.
  • Manage all required employee onboarding, benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, excellent communicator verbally and written with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Assist with building and managing HR Department and other special projects with Director of Operations after initial recruiting is complete.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Communication, HR.
  • Proven track record and 3 years experience in recruiting and HR.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, excellent communicator verbally and written with strong organizational and time-management skills.
