Apologize. Take immediate responsibility for mistakes made. Own them and bring them to the attention of the Project Manager immediately and without hesitation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all phases of construction, including precise finish scopes
- Execute the daily and weekly work plan
- Track work to the schedule and communicate regularly with project mgmt team
- Pick up and deliver materials from vendors and deliver to various OCM sites. Make all supply runs for tools, materials and equipment as needed.
- Demonstrate technical and working knowledge of building methods and best practices
- Act as a positive advocate for job site safety and alert the Project Manager if PPE supplies are running low, or if there are any site/equipment safety concerns that should be addressed.
- Maintain and encourage job site cleanliness. Deal with debris and organize tools/equipment on a daily basis.

Hours/Meetings
- Typically we work from 8am - 4:30pm - runs to the lumberyard should happen before the beginning of the workday whenever possible.
- Laborers are expected to work up to 40 /- hours per week with the occasional overrun to hit deadlines.
- Everyone must clock out of T-sheets during their lunch break.
- You must attend monthly All Team meetings as they’re scheduled (meetings will be scheduled in advance, location TBD).
- Weekly team meetings to be run by PM on an as needed basis - employees are expected to attend and be on time.
- Arrive on site on time.
- Attend a self-review meeting every 3 months (meetings will be scheduled in advance).
Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation are required.
Professional Development: You will receive both on-the-job development and coaching as well as access to external programs relevant to your work and growth.
Benefits: As a full time employee you are eligible to join the Osborne Construction Health Plan immediately and the premium will be deducted from your weekly pay. You will be eligible to receive employer premium contributions after 1 year of employment. Upon hiring you are eligible for 7 paid company holidays. After 1 year of employment you will be eligible to receive 5 days paid vacation days.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
