What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Service Center Representative position at OSF HealthCare?
Expected pay for this position is $21.30 - $25.05/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries into Human Resources. Responds to routine HR inquiries from Mission Partners, Leaders and Mission Partners by phone and email. Resolve issues and determine the escalation path if necessary after triaging the request or issue. Intakes requests over the phone from Mission Partners and Leaders into a queue for processing.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School/GED
- Experience: 1 year of experience in Customer Service
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources
