POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse Care Guide is responsible for registering, collecting payments, rooming, assisting the provider with care and treatment, discharging, and following-up with patients. It is the role of the Care Guide to companion patients and their “secondary guests" through the entire experience to maximize clinical excellence, reduce treatment times, and maximize the patient experience; before, during, and after the patient visit.
The Care Guide is responsible for assisting the provider with front office and back office duties in the outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis. This role is responsible for a variety of clinical functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Acting as the patient advocate, the Care Guide has continuous contact with providers, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, and patient care staff and management. This position requires floating to various facilities.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School/ GED
Licenses/Certifications: LPN; American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) to be completed within 2 weeks of hire date
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 1 year experience in an Urgent care or related clinical service Previous experience with an electronic health record Experience with injections, minor procedure assistance
Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

Expected pay for this position is $21.30 - $25.05/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: Maintenance II performs a variety of the more complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. This position also aids other skilled tradespersons in the completion of complex tasks such as the installation of new equipment and trouble-shooting and repair of building systems and equipment. This position requires detailed knowledge of and the ability to operate and maintain the facility’s major mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, communication, and fire protection.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED
Experience: 2 years of performing or assisting with Preventative Maintenance of HVAC equipment, not requiring a license i.e.; bearing grease, filter replacement and lubrication of dampers 2 years experience in repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
