Oshi Health is looking for a passionate, rigorous and detail orientated Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our team. As part of this team, you fully immerse yourself in data collection and research, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to team members, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to measure the impact of your recommendations.
The successful candidate for this role will be someone who can continuously display empathy and respect and be willing to go the extra mile to build a positive relationship with our internal team and members. This role will report to the Director of Strategy and Operations, and be an instrumental member of the Strategy and Operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Relentlessly focus on results, identify key areas of opportunity & growth, and drive cross-functional alignment to action on solutions
- Conduct quantitative analyses and perform qualitative research to help inform business decisions
- Design creative solutions to operational and strategic challenges by developing deep expertise about our processes, tools, and business strategy
- Support implementation of new solutions, including ongoing measurement and iteration, to drive key business results.
- Be a data-driven thought partner to various stakeholders including clinical operations, product and technology.

What you'll bring to the team:
- 2 years’ experience in management/strategy consulting (or similar role) with prior knowledge of and passion for healthcare
- Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Proficiency / experience in Tableau not required but a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects; strong communication skills and experience with working cross-functionally across various teams
- Demonstrated aptitude for critical decision making with an ability to bring strategic, operational and financial perspectives to bear on those decisions
- A creative approach to problem solving; comfortable thinking in a “scrappy” way to deliver short term wins and insights, while working towards a broader goals
- Comfortable working with a fully remote workforce
