Description
Systems Functions {75%):
1. Maintain specified District Systems: printers, inventory database management, desktop imaging, and mobile device management (iOS and Mac).
2. Take ownership of the systems assigned.
3. Maintain incident management plan to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize adverse effects on business operations.
4. Lead problem management process to resolve root cause of incident and thus minimize impact and prevent recurrence of incidents.
5. Engagement with various stakeholders to maintain current systems, discuss issues and explore new technologies
6. Engagement with Service Operations team to communicate issues and trends
Project Functions {20%):
1. Provides functional project support to areas in transition, collects and analyzes data, and prepares project materials

2. Participates in planning implementation tasks, coordinates efforts between departments, and follows up on projects and major issues.
3. Performs needs and outcomes assessments as needed
4. Assists in administering technical projects, undertakings, and initiatives; work with technical leads, sponsors, stakeholders, and administrative staff to make planning assumptions; assisting with identifying project scope, goals and deliverables, resources and timelines.

1. Stay current in knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, equipment, and communication system installation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
1. Ability to leverage positive interpersonal skills to develop rapport with all staff groups
2. A minimum of a two-year associate degree in computer technology or related field.
3. Work with project teams to consider user point of view/impact by asking the appropriate questions
4. Listen to customers and understand client requirements to best support them and provide optimally configured solutions. Participate and contribute to the future IT strategy plans.
5. Create informative documentation for projects. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of project and document requirements.
6. Help define new support processes for operations.
7. Strive for continuous improvement of the end user experience.
8. Ability to prepare and deliver oral and written presentations; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Excellent organization skills; ability to self-direct and effectively manage assignments.
10. Experience a plus in various systems like: Windows SCCM, Microsoft InTune, JAMF mobile device management,
