Boxing Coach

Osorio Training Center is opening up the opportunity for you to join our team! We are seeking a passionate Boxing Coach/Fitness Instructor who can lead and instruct our boxing classes. Coaches may be scheduled to teach classes at our gym and/or off-site. When teaching off site, coaches will be sent to conduct youth boxing classes at near by schools who are part of our Youth Enrichment program (YEP).

The pay rate for this position is 25$ for classes at our training center and a 25$ bonus when teaching at our youth program!

Essential Functions:

• Conduct youth/ adult boxing classes
• Youth Enrichment Program (YEP)
• Conduct inclusive and engaging group classes
• Arrive 10 minutes early to set up for class
• Assist in revenue generating activities when needed
• Sanitize equipment and maintain clean client space

Requirements:

• Afternoon availability is required
• Reliable transportation to our off site Youth Enrichment Program schools is required
• Candidate should be comfortable working with all age groups and experience levels
• Good understanding of strength/conditioning and boxing fundamentals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to generate and maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude

Compensation:

• Pay rate for this position is 25$/hr. Coaches will receive a 25$ bonus when conducting YEP classes
• 10$ bonus when class size reaches 10 or more members
