An OST employee works directly with the customer and delivery teams to ensure we exceed customer expectations. Home Delivery Support Staff is expected to resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. They are confident at troubleshooting and analyzing delivery exceptions and customer escalations. It is essential to the success of this position to provide excellent customer service, respond timely and effectively to delivery teams and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery teams while loading to ensure accurate and timely load times.
- Support delivery teams throughout the delivery process to ensure complete delivery execution.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support delivery teams and customers with real time solutions when issues arise.
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open interactive communication.
- Assist with work assignments, reports, and routing to meet production goals.
- Utilize different programs to track, monitor, and identify key performance indicators.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Google, Docs / Sheets
- High level of analytical skills to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bi-lingual Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50lbs
