Job Description: The OsteoStrong Wellness Session Coach is the one who guides our members through their OsteoStrong sessions. Session
Coaches will receive training on Spectrum Equipment, our Musculoskeletal
Strengthen Development System, that delivers unprecedented results to our members. No technical experience is required.
Reports To: Center Manager
Employment Status: Part Time/Non-Exempt
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner
- Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients
- Guide prospect clients through first appointments according to
OsteoStrong standards
- Deliver Spectrum demos to prospect members
- Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the studio
- Ensure prompt response to center emails; notify Center Manager if needed
- Understand OsteoStrong services knowledge, policies and procedures for operations
- Complete basic Spectrum machines maintenance
- Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each session so each client receives the best OsteoStrong experience
- Complete opening and/or closing checklists
- Perform other center duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook
- Must be highly organized
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Should have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management
- Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
Work Requirements
Must be available to work:
- 30/40 hours per week
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week; minimum 3 hours each
- Ability to work flexible hours; early morning/late night/ weekends
- Some holidays (open year-round)
