Position Overview :
V&E Hospitality Group is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Dishwashers. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are consistently clean and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities :
- Dishwashing : Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Kitchen Cleaning : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by regularly emptying trash, cleaning food preparation areas, and ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Utensil and Equipment Sorting : Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in an organized manner for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Assist Kitchen Team : Provide support to kitchen staff as needed, including helping with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks during busy periods.
- Safety and Sanitation : Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Inventory Control : Monitor and report any shortages or issues with dishwashing supplies and equipment.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical qualifications :
- Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
