What will you be doing?
Purpose: Performs primary responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures and applicable laws. Duties include delegate work assignments to specified unit or work group, takes lead for unit to respond to questions or external and internal complaints, point of contact to answer process or unit procedure questions, back up for manager or supervisor as needed, may require specialized training in related area.

What are we looking for in our next new hire?
High School diploma or Associates degree in a related area with three to five years of related experience in office management, patient services and scheduling, or supervisory experience in a call center environment. Experience with computerized systems, such as scheduling, billing, registration, etc. Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions. Excellent customer service skills coupled with enthusiasm and compassion along with the ability to multitask working in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, team members, and others throughout the clinics. Ability to maintain annual training required for EPIC certification
